(1) Every public passenger carrier aircraft registered in Nepal  ……… shall be equipped with radio communication and aviation support equipment required for exchange of information and aviation assistance.  Repealed by First Amendment.  Removed by the Second Amendment. (2) According to sub-rule (1), other technical matters related to the installation of communication and aviation aids in the aircraft shall be as specified in the annex and manual.
